PURPOSE
The County of Rockland is currently looking to Upgrade its current Audio Video conferencing equipment located at the Rockland County Emergency Operations Center, 35 Firemen’s Memorial Drive, Pomona, NY 10970. Some of its current equipment shall be reused and awarded firm shall unhook/move (if needed) and integrate the existing equipment with the new system for a fully working system as intended.
WORKSCOPE
The scope of this project includes all management, procurement and staging, integration, installation, training, monitoring, quality control of the necessary equipment in order to complete project installation. Equipment provided to include, but not limited to those indicated on the proposal page of required system components. Product Literature for alternate hardware shall be provided with response. Vendor must provide pricing, Section 1 – (Lines 36 and 37) for any additional requirements (cable, mounting hardware, etc.) and list these requirements on a separate paper. Selected vendor will be responsible for installing all equipment and insuring the system is complete and working.
INSTALLATION
The successful vendor will be responsible for the supplying listed equipment, moving any existing equipment that shall remain and reconnect, complete installation, integration, implementation, quality control and monitoring of system including but not limited to:
- Provision of all necessary equipment and cable.
- Document all existing connections.
- Verifying existing equipment is working and compatible with new equipment as listed.
- Successful vendor will provide a work plan with timeline and scheduling, which will not disrupt operations.
- Installation will be at a mutually agreed upon date and time. Estimated number of hours offered on the proposal page will be the maximum allowed at time of contract. Only those hours worked during the project will be invoiced. No additional hours over the estimate offered will be reimbursed.
- Delivery of all products, unpacking, inspection and testing of equipment.
- Supervision of physical installation.

- This project is a work for hire and awarded firm shall providing all equipment source codes and licenses which shall become the property of the County and provided to the authorized County representative.
