RFP-0000000015 - Pyrotechnic Firework Display

The City of Sammamish is in need of a professional Pyrotechnic company for services during our annual 4th of July event.
This display must be fired by a Washington State Licensed Pyrotechnician. This contract will require the company to carry general liability insurance with limits no less than $2,000,000 each occurrence, $1,000,000 general aggregate. An endorsement naming City of Sammamish as additionally insured will be required as well. Bid must reflect total cost which includes; labor, materials,
equipment, clean up, permit fees, and any other items needed to provide a safe & successful 17 minute show. 

The City will provide a safe launch site with appropriate fencing and fall out zone. The event location is 25 acres with a fair amount of topography. Display should aim to be high in order to be viewable by the majority of spectators. 

Our event currently takes place on the 4th of July at the Sammamish Commons Park.
