List brand name and model for each item bid.  You will note that some brand names and models have been specified.  Brand names are listed as a means of identifying a minimum standard of quality and are not intended to limit competition. Alternative items may be bid in place of the preferred listed as long as they are of equivalent value and quality. Vendors who wish to bid alternate products to preferred brand/model listed must provide a written statement or brand specifications that clearly identifies that the proposed alternate product will meet or exceed the specifications of the brand/model listed. Pricing must include all applicable costs, including any/all additional charges such as installation, setup fees, training, additional warranties, shipping cost, etc. Does your instrument include a warranty? Please indicate yes or no per line-item. If warranty is available, include all warranty information per line-item. The District requests delivery to the school indicated on or before 06/30/2026. Please provide your estimated lead time for delivery to the school with each item bid.
