The awarded bid will be used to purchase the needed equipment to a single vendor as determined by committee to be the best value to Weber District. Purchases will be made by purchase order with Net 30 terms. If items are specified by brand, please bid on the brand specified or one of equivalent quality and value. Please include freight costs as part of the bid FOB Destination Freight Prepaid. No installation is needed and should not be included in the bid. Bids must include all applicable costs, including any/all additional charges such as all warranties, shipping cost, etc.
