Description

We are seeking a dental plan to offer to the State of Utah employees, as well as State Risk Pool employees, who are eligible to participate with State benefits. The contract will be through PEHP, not the groups we represent; as such the selected vendor will be working directly with PEHP for all payments, enrollment files, benefit fair invitations, marketing, education, and all communications.
The contract term will be for 3 years, with an option for two (2) one year renewals.
