MANDATORY PRE-BID SITE VISIT - Monday - August 4 9:00am -
Location: Meet Midtown Bldg Lobby 230 South 500 East SLC, UT 84102
The pre-bid site visit MUST be attended by an authorized representative of the vendor submitting a bid and as specified in the RFP documents.
BIDDER COMMUNICATION RULES: ALL contact for the RFP must be through Purchasing via the RFP mailbox to ensure the integrity of the RFP process. MAILBOX: rfp93829remodel5thfloor@urs.org
After the date this RFP is released there shall be no discussion of any aspect of this RFP between any employee of URS/PEHP, a member of the Utah Retirement Board or any member of the RFP Review Committee and any individual or firm responsing to this RFO until such time as the bid process is completed. Failure to comply with this rule may result in dis-qualification and removal form the RFP process. Bidders shall refrain from having contact with URS/PEHP employees, other than to submit questions related to the RFP to the URS Purchasing Manager.
