INVITATION TO BID
Sealed bids will be received by the University of Utah (U Facilities) for:

• 22904 – City Center Boiler Replacement

Construction Cost Estimate:
• 22904 - $225,000 for City Center Boiler
The bid documents will be available 12:00 PM on July 3, 2025. on the BidNet Direct website.
A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held at the following time:
• 22904 – Thursday, July 10, 2025 at 3:00 PM. Please meet in the lobby of 175 E 200 S, SLC
All contractors wishing to bid on this project must attend these meetings.
Bids are to be submitted electronically until 2:00 PM on July 22, 2025 through the BidNet Direct website. It is the sole responsibility of the contractor to ensure their bid reaches the BidNet Direct website before the closing date and time. There is no cost to the contractor to submit electronic bids the BidNet Direct website. Bids may require the uploading of attachments. The submission of attachments containing embedded documents (i.e., zip files, .mov, wmp, and mp3 files, etc.) is prohibited. All documents should be attached as separate files.
