Description

Davis School District (“District”) seeks competitive sealed bids from responsive and responsible companies to provide TestOut Office Pro District Site Licenses for up to 5200 students, as listed in the line item section of this bid.

Bidder should accept Davis School District’s Terms and Conditions in their entirety. A copy of those terms and conditions are included with the bid.
In the event of a dispute Davis School District’s Terms and Conditions will prevail.

NOTE: PRICING MAY BE REVIEWED ONCE PER 365-DAY CYCLE. THERE ARE NO AUTOMATIC RENEWAL OPTIONS ALLOWED. IN NO CASE WILL PRICE ESCALATION BE ALLOWED FOR A PERCENTAGE EXCEEDING THE PRODUCER PRICE INDEX (PPI). PRICE DECREASES MUST BE PASSED IMMEDIATELY TO THE DISTRICT. WRITTEN NOTIFICATION AND MANUFACTURER JUSTIFICATION MAY BE REQUESTED UPON ANY PRICE INCREASE REQUEST AND MUST BE APPROVED BY THE DISTRICT.
