Davis School District (“District”) seeks competitive sealed bids from responsive and responsible Bidders to provide fresh, hot, and ready-to-serve pizza with delivery to various school locations within the Davis School District as requested. Deliveries will occur on days pizza is served, whether daily, weekly, or for special events, as requested by the Nutrition Services Department. All products and services must comply with USDA National School Lunch Program (NSLP) guidelines.
Alternate product(s) offered may be considered if the alternate product meets or exceeds the specifications listed. If an alternate product is being offered, specifications must be included with your bid submittal to be considered. Davis School District will determine if the products meet or exceed the specifications.
This bid solicitation will result in a single contract award.
The Nutrition Services Department participates in the National School Lunch Program (NSLP – Title 7 CFR Part 210), Summer Food Service Program (SFSP – Title 7 CFR Part 225), and School Breakfast Program (SBP – Title 7 Part 220).
The Purchasing Department will handle the receipt of all qualifications, submittals, and bids for this bid solicitation and will oversee the management of the resulting contracts for the Nutrition Services Department.
