Davis School District is seeking a responsive and responsible bidder to provide a bid for Davis High School Greenhouse project. We are seeking to alternative bids. One is to rebuild the entire Greenhouse at Davis High School. The other is to refurbish the existing Greenhouse. The District will review the cost of both alternative bids and then select the one that is most adventageous to the District. Cost in the rebuild cost proposal should include the cost of demolition of the old greenhouse.

We will be walking through the Clearfield High School job prior to this walkthrough. The time to start this walkthrough is an estimate. Please review the Clearfield High School Project along with this project. Please meet at the Front Entrance of the High School. This is on the West Side of the School. Offerors must attend the Job Walk Visit to be able to bid on the project. We will be reviewing both the main greenhouse rebuild/refirbishment and the aquaponics greenhouse at the same time.
