Description

The City is soliciting sealed Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) from individual attorneys or law firms to provide City Attorney services. The individual or firm selected will be appointed by, and serve at the will of, the Sunset Valley City Council.

Sealed responses must be submitted to the City Administrator at 3205 Jones Road, Sunset Valley, TX 78745, no later than 2:00 p.m. Central Time on May 6, 2025. Late responses will not be considered and will be destroyed.

The City anticipates awarding the contract in July 2025. The City of Sunset Valley reserves the right to reject any and all submittals.

The requested legal services are divided into three categories:
- General Representation
- Special Projects
- Personnel and Litigation
