Summary of Specifications:
The San Antonio Independent School District (“District”) is seeking Request for Qualifications from firms providing Investment Advisory Services registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Texas State Securities Board to provide non-discretionary portfolio management services for the District’s Bond proceeds related to the $515 million Bond Election approved by the voters on November 2, 2010 (“Bond Proceeds”). The Series 2010B Bonds were issued as Build America Bonds in December 2010 in the par amount of $151.4 million. The District anticipates issuing the remaining $364 million over the next 3 years through a combination of Qualified School Construction Bonds and traditional tax-exempt bonds.
