16-055 - Integrated Web-based Library Management System

SAISD is requesting a comprehensive integrated Web-based Library Management System that supports a centralized automation system of textbooks, asset and library management.  Proposers are required to review the specifications and provide best value for the district.  The proposal must include a full-service hosted solution with automated student roster uploads and software updates, including new software enhancement within the product line; the migration of existing data from varied systems; and professional development/training.  Pricing should include continued maintenance, annual fees, and pricing variance for campuses with less than 300 students.  Evaluation criteria for other considerations include partnerships that enhance the district ebook collection.
