Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of these specifications to describe Vehicles for purchase by Potter County. All parts not specifically mentioned, which are necessary to provide a complete vehicle, shall be included in the bid and shall conform to the standards and quality of materials and workmanship generally provided by the industry. All specifications are considered minimum unless otherwise indicated. Vehicles exceeding the minimum specifications will be considered. The County shall consider model year 2006 and/or 2007 Vehicles. This request for bid is open to all Vehicle Manufactures. Vendors shall quote manufacture’s vehicles which best conform to the minimum specifications set forth. Bids which fail to meet minimum specifications or delivery requirements as set forth herein, will not be considered for evaluation.
