Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of these specifications to describe Double-Stack Convection Ovens, Tilting Gas Kettles and Tilting Electric Skillets for purchase by Potter County. All parts not specifically mentioned, which are necessary to provide a complete appliance, shall be included in the bid and shall conform to the standards and quality of materials and workmanship generally provided by the industry. All specifications are considered minimum unless otherwise indicated. Vendors shall quote appliances which best conform to the minimum specifications set forth. Vendors shall provide detail listing of specific specifications which do not conform to minimum specifications as set forth in this request. Vendors shall include the following basic installation costs in their bid response.
