The City of Missouri City (“City”), Texas is soliciting sealed proposals from interested and qualified firms who can provide the City of Missouri City, Texas with Solid Waste and Recycling Services.

The intent of this solicitation is to negotiate and establish a multi-year agreement with one (1) firm that can provide all the necessary labor, personnel, equipment, insurance, materials, supplies, administrative support, vehicles, and any other ancillary item(s) or material(s) needed to perform the work described in Exhibit B Scope of Services and Exhibit B-1 Contingency Scope of Services in accordance with the terms and conditions specified herein.
