2025-019 - RFP - Water Information Management System

The Guadalupe Blanco River Authority (“GBRA” or “Owner”) is issuing a Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to solicit firms to provide a software system to replace the current process of using hand-written readings, spreadsheet logs and reports.  GBRA operations include water treatment and supply (wholesale and retail), wastewater collection and treatment, reservoir and dam operations, canal and diversion system operations and administrative support.  GBRA’s procurement policy provides for open, fair, and competitive procurement practices with equal opportunity for all vendors.  GBRA particularly encourages qualified Small, Minority, and Women-owned businesses to submit proposals in response to the RFP.
