The Edwards Aquifer Authority (EAA) is currently seeking informal bids to provide printing and reproduction services for a color newsletter, including mailing services, processing and formatting to U.S. Postal Services specifications, and postage. Please provide a quote that will be for no more than 1,300 newsletters distributed for four (4) editions.
Contract term is expected to be for the entire calendar year of 2022 and may include renewals at the EAA's option.

1. Aquifer Storage and Recovery (ASR) newsletters
a. Size: 8.5 x 11 folds to 8.5 x 3.67
b. Double sided
c. Front Colors: 4 Color Process
d. Back Colors: 4 Color Process
e. Bleeds: No
f. 80-lb paper
