Dallas County is issuing this Invitation for Bid to establish a two-year master agreement for aggregates, washed sand, and cement treated base for use in the construction of highways, streets, and bridges as, in accordance with the requirements described herein.
All materials will be purchased on an as needed/as requested basis.

The bids response must be submitted by the due date October 9, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. (CST)

Bid Reading
October 9, 2025, at 2:30 p.m. (CST), the reading will be conducted via a live meeting online. Bids will be publicly opened in compliance with the public bid opening statutory requirements.
