The Work consists of: Scope of work to primarily consist of the new construction of an 8 ft tall chain link security fence with mow strip (approximate length of ence:600 ft) and 8 ft tall metal picket fence with mow strip (approximate length of fence 691 ft). Scope to include all work necessary for the construction including excavation, paving, pole setting, gate installations, cutting and patching of concrete and asphat as necessary, and any other work reasonably necessary to complete construction. Scope includes portal openings for pedestrian and vehicle use; including the motor operated access control front gate for vehicle entry and exit. Scope of work for the gate includes electrical pwer connection to panels, motor installation and connection, treneching and conduit laying, data point connections to access control, and any other work necessary for the installation and correct operation of the gate.
