Sealed bids addressed to the City Secretary of the City of Seguin, Texas will be received at the Seguin City Hall, 205 North River, Seguin, Texas 78155, until 3:00 P.M., August 5, 2025 (CDST) for the Geronimo Creek Pipeline Project. Any bid received after closing time will not be considered. The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Seguin City Hall at 3:00 p.m. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope (8-1/2” x 11” minimum), clearly marked as follows:
