The City of Taylor, Texas is seeking qualifications for a person or management team to develop and coordinate a farmer and artisan market in the Farmers Pavilion of Heritage Square; 400 Porter Street; Taylor, Texas 76574. The expectation is that the selected person/management team will have a solid track record of successfully developing and managing a local farmers market. Envelopes/packages must be sealed and marked with the project title. Respondents must submit one (1) original and five (5) complete bound copies of their response, as well as an electronic (PDF) copy saved to flash drive. Hand delivered or mailed to the City of Taylor Attn: Jan Harris, Main Street Manager 400 Porter Street, Taylor, Texas 76574. The response shall be clearly marked “Qualifications – Farmers Market Development & Coordination”, and received no later than 3:00 PM, on Monday, May 6, 2024.
