PURPOSE: The City of Leander, herein after “City”, seeks an agreement with a qualified
Individual, Firm, or Corporation, herein “Respondent”, to remove and replace all landscaping at City
Hall, the Pat Bryson Municipal Building, the Chamber of Commerce and the Brushy Street streetscape
areas, herein “Services”. City seeks proposals for a multi-year contract for the installation and
seasonal rotation of high-impact color landscaping, mulching, associated irrigation upgrades, warranty
on all plantings and weekly maintenance of all beds and installations.
The City seeks to enhance the City-owned properties within the Old Town area with vibrant, colorful
landscaping. The Old Town area is a City hub and gathering place for festivals and events and is
often the location of business development meetings. The goal of this initiative is to create an
inviting and cheerful environment for this part of town.
Statewide
