Scope of Project: Project Scope will include 3rd party inspection / observation services for the construction of three separate subdivision improvement projects occurring at various locations throughout the City. The projects are developer driven and may occur simultaneously or at separate times. Two of the projects are a 10-acre infill and 59-acre single-family subdivisions with associated With the 59-ac project, a portion of CR 180 will be reconstructed. The other project is an extension of Parkwest Dr. south of West Park St. with this, the existing WQ & Detention pond will be reconstructed to accommodate the proposed site, and the existing storm drain line will be modified. With these projects there will be striping, lighting, signage, storm drain, water, and wastewater utility extensions, curb & gutter, sidewalks and pavement repairs. The roadway improvemenst/extensions, lane widening, , and pavement repairs will be built to urban street standards for both flexible and rigid pavement sections. West Park St. and CR 180 are thoroughfares, traffic control and lane closures will need to be watched closely during construction.
