Additional Bidding Instructions

All responses to this RFQ shall be submitted on the attached response forms. SOQs must be received at the City of Cedar Park Finance Department at or before 2:00 P.M. CT on October 15, 2021. The City will accept electronic submissions submitted through the Texas BidNetDirect website, or through hard copy submissions. If delivering hard copy submissions, proposers must include: One (1) original and four (4) hard copies of the SOQs submitted in written, hard-copy format, and one (1) copy in electronic format on a USB drive (submissions need to be set-up as one file on the USB drive, not multiple individual folders/files), and delivered in a sealed envelope via mail, courier service, or hand delivery.
