Description

The City has retained the services of NFP (“Consultant”) to assist the City in analyzing Respondents pricing, services, and capabilities for plans proposed to the City. The Consultant has been paid a consulting fee for assisting the City in creating this RFP and in assisting the City with obtaining the most advantageous proposals. The City of Cedar Park is looking for an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) vendor to provide comprehensive support services to its employees. The selected vendor will offer confidential counseling, work-life balance assistance, training sessions, critical incident response, and program management. The goal is to enhance employee well-being and ensure that support is accessible and available 24/7.

All responses to this RFP shall be submitted on the attached response forms. Proposals must be received at City of Cedar Park Finance Department at or before 2:00 PM Central CT on May 5, 2025. Each Proposal must be properly identified with the subject title and date and time due. Proposers shall electronically submit through the Texas BidNetDirect website.
