The Bell Boulevard Realignment Project consists of the realignment and reconstruction of Bell Blvd. between just south of Buttercup Creek Blvd. to Cedar Park Drive. Bell Blvd will be reconstructed to a four-lane divided roadway that would include a raised median with turn lanes at intersections and driveways. The project would also include lighting, pedestrian and bicycle paths, and landscaping. The project is 0.8 mile in length and would include grading, base, asphalt pavement, culverts, signing, water and wastewater lines, and pavement markings.
Specific Construction Phase Services for which we are requesting proposals for are daily inspection / observation, review of pay applications, scheduling and review of quality assurance testing, attendance at project meetings, daily reporting, identification of deficiencies and design conflicts, and coordination with design engineers, contractor’s representatives and project managers. The inspector / observer will assist with submittals, RFI’s, and change order logs.
