This RFP will be a Two (2) step process which will allow participating Insurance Brokers to provide the following:
PHASE I
(Due date and time for Insurance Brokers to submit list of insurance markets
you would like to have assigned to your firm for your exclusive use).
MARKETS REQUEST DUE DATE & TIME:
October 8th, 2025, at 3:00 P.M. (local time)
By means of email at: purchasing@co.cameron.tx.us
(Once market assignments (insurance companies) are issued and established,
then Phase II will allow those insurance carriers to submit questions/applications
to complete from various insurance carrier’s companies to provide cost proposals).
ANNOUNCEMENT OF ASSIGNED MARKETS:
October 13th, 2025, AT 3:00 P.M.
(Insurance Markets will be announced via Addendum and posted online)
PHASE II
Questions/clarifications must be submitted by: Wednesday, October 22nd, 2025, before 3:00 p.m. C.S.T.

Addendum to answer all questions/clarifications will be released by no later than Wednesday, October 29, 2025.
