WATER TREATMENT PLANT ROOF REPLACEMENT
The City of Springfield is accepting separate sealed bids from interested parties to replace the roof on the water treatment plant facility at 6213 Smith Rd., Cedar Hill, TN 37032.
A pre-bid meeting will not be held for this project. Instead, prospective bidders should direct all questions, in writing, to administration@springfieldtn.gov on or before Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at 4:30 p.m., local time. All questions received before the deadline will be addressed in an addendum to be issued on Friday, February 6, 2026, by 5:00 p.m., local time. Questions received after this deadline will not be addressed. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE UNSCHEDULED VISITS TO THE SITE. Coordinate all visits with Bryan Suter, Chief Plant Operator, at 615-696-2586.
Responses to this RFB shall be hand-delivered or mailed to the City Recorder at 405 N. Main Street, P. O. Box 788, Springfield, TN 37172. Responses to this RFB must be received no later than 2:00 P.M., local time, on February 10, 2026. Please state “REQUEST FOR BID – WATER TREATMENT PLANT ROOF REPLACEMENT - RFB # 1339" on the cover. Late submissions will not be opened or accepted. Bids shall be received for a single prime contractor. Project completion date is no later than April 30, 2026.
