RFP_F-MKAA-0000000009 - Roof Systems Maintenance and Repair

MKAA owns and operates McGhee Tyson Airport (“TYS”), the largest commercial airport in East Tennessee, and Downtown Island Airport (“DKX”), a general aviation airport near downtown Knoxville. MKAA maintains numerous buildings at both TYS and DKX, and MKAA requires assistance from a qualified service provider to repair and maintain the roofs of those buildings.  A list of the buildings for which roof maintenance and repair services are needed is listed on Exhibit B attached to this RFP (the “MKAA Buildings”).  The selected respondent will also be expected to provide emergency roof repairs as requested by MKAA and other roof repairs as to which MKAA determines a competitive procurement process is not required.  The selected respondent will also be expected to provide quotes for roof repairs when MKAA seeks bids or proposals for roof repairs that require a competitive selection process.
