3925 - Zoll AED Supply Agreement

Knoxville Utilities Board (KUB) is seeking bids from Suppliers for KUB’s Safety Services AED Supply Agreement.  The proposed bid should meet the specifications provided.  KUB plans to sign a supply agreement for the line items listed for a term of 3 years with KUB having the option of two additional 1-year extensions.  Please provide outright purchase price as well as information regarding any software support, program support, oversight, etc. Interested vendors can submit bids via the instructions in the Evaluated Bid Requirements Document. Vendors should provide information relating to included support, oversight in the purchase price. An additional field will be located in the line item pricing for suppler to provide any supplemental paid oversight, warranty, and support offerings the vendor can offer as an option for KUB to consider, but will not be included in the evaluated bid price.

All bid pricing must inclide shipping, these orders will be FOB Destination.

This bid will be evaluated on the following criteria

Evaluation Criteria – An evaluation team consisting of KUB representatives will review and independently rate each bid in the following order of importance:

1. 1. Price – Attachment A Price Sheet
   2. Firm Description and Adherence to Functional Requirements & Support Offerings
   3. Dealer Performance/Experience/References – Appendix I References
