Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to develop a comprehensive, up-to-date hydraulic model for the City of Germantown’s water distribution system to support planning, operations, and capital improvements. The City’s current modeling resources are outdated, and while some legacy data may be reference, a new model and analysis will be required.

The City of Germantown, Tennessee, located approximately fifteen miles east of Memphis, Tennessee hereinafter referred to as the City, intends to secure a Contract with a qualified civil engineering firm experienced in water distribution system hydraulic modeling for the development of a water system hydraulic model.

Proposers shall respond to this RFP with a Technical Proposal and a Cost Proposal. No pricing information shall be included in the Technical Proposal. Inclusion of Cost Proposal amounts in the Technical Proposal shall make the Proposal nonresponsive.

One (1) digital copy of the Technical Proposal shall be submitted to the City via email to procurement@germantown-tn.gov and be clearly marked:

“Technical Proposal in Response to RFP# 2026-010 -- Do Not Open”

One (1) digital copy of the Cost Proposal shall be submitted to the City as a separate email to procurement@germantown-tn.gov and clearly marked:
