The City of Germantown (the “City”) is seeking qualified vendors to provide a high quality, colorful fireworks display in the evening of July 4, 2026. The fireworks display will be performed over the Municipal Park area and fired from the parking lot of the Germantown Athletic Club at the specified time.
The successful Bidder will provide all necessary equipment, pyrotechnic materials, supplies, tools, delivery, permits, labor and supervision required to perform the fireworks display according to the Specifications.
Term of this Contract will be for the one specified performance of the fireworks display on July 4, 2026. The City will have the option to extend the Contract for two additional fireworks display performances; one performance on July 4, 2027 and one performance on July 4, 2028. Subsequent performances at the option of the City will be provided under the same terms and conditions of the Contract and at the price therein specified.
The successful Bidder will be required to enter into a standard City of Germantown “Contract for Services and/or Products” in the form included in this solicitation. The executed contract, required insurance certifications, Fireworks Display Application and Checklist, and performance bond must be returned to the City within fifteen (15) days after receiving the Notice of Award.
