Demolition of above-mentioned buildings including site cleanup, site stabilization, identification and proper disposal of all hazardous building materials per applicable federal and state requirements, and removal and disposal of building materials not usable for structural backfill from the site. The successful vendor is responsible for complying with all public notices requirements and for obtaining all required permits. The demolition and restoration should be per the attached plans and demolition documents

A demolition permit must be obtained through the Building and Codes Department.
Arrange for all utilities to be capped and abandoned at the public right-of-way or utility pole. The capping and disconnection of these utilities must be inspected by a City of Bristol Building Inspector.
Basement floor, walls footer and any foundation elements shall be removed completely from the site.
The lot shall be backfilled, cleaned, and graded to drain properly and level with surrounding grades. All bare earth to be seeded with grass.
Remove all debris completely to include house, garage, garage floor, driveway, aprons, fencing, and other appurtenant structures and haul away.
A final inspection must be completed and passed by a City of Bristol building inspector.
Work must commence no later than 60 days from date of bid award.
