Q3KloudGinNextQuestion: User Licenses (by Steve Greene)
Could you please confirm how many unique user licenses do you need?
Answer: We would need around 40-50 users to start but would also like to see unlimited user options if available.
Q4KloudGinNextQuestion: Integration Needed (by Steve Greene)
Could you please clarify which external systems the new platform must integrate with beyond SeeClickFix and GIS? (e.g., financial/ERP systems, asset databases, HR/payroll, document management, SCADA, legacy CMMS, etc.)
Answer: GIS and SeeClickFix are the only systems that need to integrate currently. Bonus if Navaline integrates but not necessary.
Q5KloudGinNextQuestion: integration middleware (by Steve Greene)
Does the City currently use an integration middleware or iPaaS platform (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, MS Azure Integration Services), or will integrations be handled directly via APIs?
Answer: An API will be needed if you do not have direct integration with the platforms listed.
Q6KloudGinNextQuestion: bi-directional integrations or batch-level (by Steve Greene)
Is the City expecting real-time, bi-directional integrations or batch-level (scheduled) data exchanges?
Answer: For the SeeClick fix integration we would like to see bi-directional integration, GIS integration can be batch-level.
Q7KloudGinNextQuestion: GIS Platform and Version (by Steve Greene)
What GIS platform and version is the City currently using (e.g., ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, Esri 10.x)?
Answer: The City uses ArcGIS Online and the most recent ArcGIS desktop app.

KloudGinNextQuestion: Data Migration (by Steve Greene)
The RFQ mentions 10 years of collected data. Could you clarify: What system(s) this historical data currently resides in? Approximate record volumes (assets, work orders, inspections, service requests)? Whether the City expects full or selective migration?
Answer:. The data export comes from mobile311 (Asset Essentials), we have the data exported will just need it integrated into the new system. It includes mostly service requests and records of work done during storms ( such as Helene). This information is still necessary for FEMA records.
Q9KloudGinNextQuestion: Project Timeline (by Steve Greene)
Does the City have a target timeline for project kickoff and anticipated go-live?
Answer:. Our current system sunsets end of February so we would like to have the new system operational before then. That does not mean legacy data must be imported by then, but we need to be trained and running the new system. The data import can happen on a longer timeframe if necessary.
Q10KloudGinNextQuestion: Implementation Phases (by Steve Greene)
Is the goal to launch all departments at once or follow a phased implementation (e.g., Solid Waste first, then Traffic, Stormwater, Parks, etc.)?
Answer: All offices, besides parks, are in our public works department so we would like to get them all trained and started at the same time. Parks are a small percentage of our users.
Q11KloudGinNextQuestion: Vendor Selection (by Steve Greene)
Will the City select a vendor directly from this RFQ, or will shortlisted firms be invited to a follow-up RFP?
Answer:. We are hoping to identify a vendor from this RFQ. We may identify a short list from the RFQs that lead to follow-up interviews/demos, before a decision is made.
Q12KloudGinNextQuestion: Vendor Selection (by Steve Greene)
Will shortlisted vendors be required to provide demonstrations, interviews, or proof-of-concept sessions as part of the RFQ evaluation?
Answer: Yes, demos may be required as part of RFQ follow-up. These would occur after the December 4th submission date.
Q13KloudGinNextQuestion: Vendor Selection (by Steve Greene)
Will shortlisted vendors be required to provide demonstrations, interviews, or proof-of-concept sessions as part of the RFQ evaluation?
Answer:. See answer above.
Q14KloudGinNextQuestion: Budget & Funding (by Steve Greene)
Is there an approved budget range for this project that vendors should be aware of?
Answer: There is no approved budget range currently.
Q15KloudGinNextQuestion: Mobile capabilities (by Steve Greene)
Are there specific offline requirements for field crews (e.g., full offline work orders, inspections, GIS map caching)?
Answer: Ideally the mobile app would have offline caching for inputting service requests.
Q16KloudGinNextQuestion: Mobile devices (by Steve Greene)
What mobile devices does the City staff currently user iOS, Android etc?
Answer: The city uses tablets that run through the Google Play store as well as Iphones.
