2513 - Renovations to Calhoun County Library

Renovations To: Calhoun County Library. Renovations to include but are not limited to: Removal of existing carpeting and wall base as indicated on the proposal drawings. Preparing existing slab for installation of new luxury vinyl plank. Wall demolition, cutting concrete and removing concrete and trenching for installation of new waste and supply piping from existing sink, directly adjacent to the relocated equipment location. Installation of new metal stud wall framing and installation of new sheet rock. Provide sound batts in all new walls, full height. All plumbing taps are to be provided by general contractor at relocated coffee equipment and ice machine. Provide luxury vinyl plank and 1x6 base with ogee cap and ¼ round trim in new Canteen. Ceiling grid and tile to be re-worked and extended to meet new walls or soffits. All ceiling tile is to match existing in size and texture. Contractor to provide means of dust containment from new and existing construction. These methods are to be maintained through the duration of construction.
