SANDAG plans to issue an RFP to engage a qualified and experienced Consultant to assist SANDAG's Program Project Management (PPM) department during the project delivery process across all phases. The Consultant will provide technical assistance and reviews as directed by PPM; participate in relevant project meetings; provide project control and administration support including scope, cost, schedule, risk, quality and change management.

Consultant will assist PPM in developing PPM and project delivery related guidelines, processes, tools and templates, and training support. They will provide as-need training related to project and program management.
