The Otay Mesa East-Mesa de Otay II Port of Entry (OME POE) project is a collaborative initiative led by SANDAG and Caltrans, in partnership with state and federal agencies in the US and Mexico. The goal is to establish a cutting-edge Port of Entry for the region. SANDAG is looking for a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) team with a strong commitment to quality and a proven track record in managing and constructing Land Ports of Entry, Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Facilities, and Intelligent Transportation Systems.
