SANDAG is seeking qualified bidders to provide as-needed Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) services for its Toll Operations facility and Santa Fe St. buildings. These services will include labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and incidentals. SANDAG intends to award an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) Agreement based on hourly rates proposed. Bidder will be reimbursed for materials based on proposed markup rate.
