Description

a. Provide two (2) full-time employees (36 hours per week) to work out of City Hall. The employees will be solely employed by the subgrantee and be responsible for providing all benefits as such.
b. The two employees will work as intake specialists for the City’s Lead Hazard Reduction Program.
c. All intake specialists will be trained by the LHRP, other subgrantees, and online training provided by HUD.
d. In consultation with the City’s LHRP, development and synchronization of culturally relevant communications and digital marketing efforts.
e. Foster community education and awareness about lead hazards and lead reduction resources through targeted prevention and awareness efforts, and by assisting with community intake.
f. Offer a in person/remote intake and outreach.
