Description

The Town of Tiverton, through its Recreation Commission and with permission from the Town Council, is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to design, supply, and install LED lighting at the Bulgarmarsh Softball Field, located at 385 Bulgarmarsh Road, Tiverton, RI 02878.

This project aims to replace the existing metal halide sports lighting system with a modern, energy-efficient LED lighting system that improves illumination quality, reduces energy consumption, and lowers long-term maintenance costs.

Bids shall be filed in a sealed envelope bearing the title “Bulgarmarsh Softball Field Lights” on the outside of the envelope to the Office of the Town Clerk of Tiverton on or before 2:00 PM on January 07, 2026 at which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Town Council Chambers. Bids received after the deadline will not be considered. A duly authorized representative must sign bids in the name of the bidding company.
