In accordance with Sec. 21-54 of the City’s Code of Ordinances, Sole Source Verification, an official notice is hereby given as follows

Estimated Amount of Procurement: $47,092.00
General Description of Goods or Services to be acquired:
To address radio coverage enhancement requirements on any 700/800 MHz trunked public safety radio system including FirstNet, Modtech will supply one (1) tactical BOA system including tactical amplifier and antenna kits (SIPS-BOA-DB) with network management (SIPSNET) and DC charging (SIPS-BDADCOPT) options, one (1) Flexible Antenna Kit (SIPS-DB-FAK), and five (5) Auxiliary Cable Reel (ACR-100). Delivery target is eight (8) weeks from receipt of order at a price of $45,092.00.
On-site, in-person training to be given at the time of equipment order delivery for up to 12 participants may be optionally selected. Training includes both classroom and practical applications segments with a total duration of one-half to one (1) day depending upon class size and other logistics. The additional price for this training is $2,000.00.
