In accordance with Sec. 21-54 of the City’s Code of Ordinances, Sole Source Verification, an official notice is hereby given as follows

Vendor Name(s): Greenwood Emergency Vehicles

Estimated Amount of Procurement: $70,000.00

General Description of Goods or Services to be acquired:
 
The City of Providence Fire Department has various E-One fire apparatus that are required to be operationally ready as a first response vehicle. These vehicles are subject to all maintenance, patis, warranty work, and service which is exclusive to this vendor. The requested amount is based on historical spending data and future needs.

Greenwood Emergency Services is the exclusive dealer for the sale, service, parts, and warranty of custom and commercial fire apparatus manufactured by E-One in the states of Maine, Massachusetts, Southern New Hampshire, and Rhode Island.
