Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received at the Finance Office, until 10:00 a.m., Thursday, July 6, 2023, local time, for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment, and performing all work necessary and incidental to: Financial Audit and Agreed-Upon Procedures in accordance with the specifications and contract documents within.
There will be no pre-proposal meeting. All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing to the Middletown Finance Department no later than 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 29, 2023. Questions received after that time will not be addressed. Questions should be emailed to mtanguay@middletownri.com. All submitted questions and the town’s written response to each will be available as an addendum on Friday, June 30th, 2023. Potential respondents are responsible for contacting the Middletown Finance Department at mtanguay@middletownri.com to request a copy of the addendum. Proposals must include an acknowledgement of receipt of all addenda on the town proposal form, which will be submitted with the proposal package.
