SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS
2 hard copies and 1 digital copy on a USB flash drive must be submitted.
Proposals must be submitted by June 13, 2025 no later than 12:00pm and to be opened at 91 Anan Wade Road, Glocester, RI 02857, Business Office:
All proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes marked “RFP – BOILER REPLACEMENT FOR PONAGANSET HIGH SCHOOL”. The envelope should be addressed to:

If mailing proposal in envelopes provided by UPS, Federal Express, Etc., your sealed and properly marked proposal must be contained in the mailer.
All responses to be printed and signed with contractor name, address and telephone number. Each proposal must be original and hard copy, signed by the owner or highest ranking member of the contractor’s firm. No fax or email.
Late submissions will not be considered. All questions or requests for clarification regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing by 5/30/2025 to agaudreau@fgschools.com / sessex@fgschools.com
