INTERPRETIVE SIGNAGE FOR CRESCENT PARK & THE CHARLES I.D. LOOFF CAROUSEL
BID OPENING TUESDAY, JULY 1, 2025, AT 11:00AM
ADVERTISEMENT
The City of East Providence is seeking consulting services for research, writing, image acquisition, graphic production and installation for interpretive signage panels (a single large panel or several panels) to be installed at the Crescent Park to educate visitors of the historic significance of the Carousel and former Crescent Park.

One (1) original, two (2) copies and 1 Thumb Drive of the proposal shall be submitted in one (1) sealed envelope to East Providence City Hall, Controllers Office, Room 103, Attn: Jessica Lamprey, Procurement Specialist, 145 Taunton Ave., East Providence, RI 02914 no later than TUESDAY, JULY 1, 2025 AT 11:00AM. Electronic submissions will not be accepted (examples; fax or email).
The bids will be publicly opened and recorded on the same day at East Providence City Hall in Conference Room A. Bids received with a time of 11:01 AM or later will be rejected. The outside envelope needs to be marked RFP EP24/25-017 INTERPRETIVE SIGNAGE FOR CRESCENT PARK & THE CHARLES I.D. LOOFF CAROUSEL
The City reserves the right to waive any informality in order to reject any or all bids if deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
