The City of Medford Parks, Recreation, & Facilities Department is seeking proposals from qualified landscape and inrrigation contractors for the following work at Hary & David Field (located at 2929 S. Pacific Highway, Medford OR. 97501):
• Remove and dispose of all existing sod from the field.
• Repair, modify, and adjust irrigation in both the infield and outfield under the direction of the City.
• Re-grade the field and prepare the soil for new grass installation.
• Upon delivery of the Owner Provided new sod, install, trim, and finish to meet field specifications. Remove and dispose of excess sod.
Interested qualified contractors are asked to submit proposals including criteria described within. Awarded contractor will be selected based on the selection process outlined within the proposal.
Timeline:
The desired start date for this project would be in September, with work commencing as soon as possible.
Proposal Requirements:
Submitted Quote shall include all labor required for installation and materials. If overall quote is over $50,000 project is subject to
current Boli Prevailing Wage rates. For the prevailing wage rate information use the Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Works
Contracts in Oregon effective July 5, 2025. All amendments pertinent to the current prevailing wage rate booklet will also apply.

Proposals must be received by 2:00pm local time on September 5, 2025. Late proposals will be kept by the City but not considered
for award.
