The City of Medford Facilities Management Divison is seeking a qualified contractor to extend the Fire Station’s apparatus bays at the rear of the building to accommodate new fire vehicles to include Demolition, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing, Structural, Roofing and Drainage, Doors and Openings, Finishes.

All bidders shall be prequalified with the City of Medford, as provided by law under Oregon Revised Statutes, at least 5 days prior to opening of bids.
Bids must be received by 2:00 pm local time on 8/28/2025. Late bids will be kept by the City but not considered for award.
There will be a mandatory pre-bid job walk on 8/12/2025 at 10:00 am. Attendees will meet at the City of Medford Fire Station 13 located at 534 Highland Dr. Medford, Oregon 97504.
The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject, for good cause, any and all bids upon the finding that it is in the public interest to do so. The City reserves the right to waive any and all informalities if it is deemed in the best interest of the public.
The City of Medford requires all bidders to comply with equal opportunity policies. Failure to comply with or complete any part of this ITB may result in rejection of the submitted bid.
Questions regarding specifications shall be submitted through BidNet at: https://www.bidnetdirect.com/oregon/medford and responded to when more detailed explanations are required. Any clarifications or revisions will be addressed and issued in addenda; City must receive requests for changes in writing per timeline schedule in 2.1.
All bids shall be received no later than 2:00 pm, local time, on 8/28/2025 through BidNet
A bid may be withdrawn at any time before the bid deadline, by providing a written request for the withdrawal of the bid to the issuing office. A duly authorized representative of the firm shall execute the request. Withdrawal of a bid will not prejudice the right of the proposer to file a new bid.
