Quotations will be accepted no later than: 4:00 PM on Friday, April 25, 2025. Competitive Sealed Submission must include the Quotation Number and Quotation Name for easy reference by the city. Quote price for the chemical to be delivered F.O.B Destination for a contract term of one year starting July 1, 2025, and ending June 30, 2026. A one (1) year renewal option may be available. Shipments will be made upon request by the City of Medford. Suppliers must ship chemicals within fourteen (14) calendar days after receipt of order. Shipments shall be made with equipment in good working condition.
SCOPE OF SUPPLY: 12.5-15.0% Filtered SODIUM HYPOCHLORITE SOLUTION QUOTE: RFQ 26-001 Approximately 130,000 Gallons/Year delivered to the City of Medford RWRF. Delivery volume is approximately 4,800 Gallons/Load, approximately one load every two (2) weeks. 38-40% Sodium bisulfite solution Quote: RFQ 26-002 Approximately 50,000 Gallons/Year delivered. Delivery volume is approximately 4,800 Gallons/Load, approximately one load every five (5) weeks. Bulk FERRIC CHLORIDE 38-42% Quote: RFQ 26-003 Approximately 9,500 gallons/year delivered to City of Medford RWRF. Delivery volume is approximately three (3) 300-gal totes every four (4) weeks. Bulk Caustic Soda 25% Supply Quote: RFQ 26-004 Approximately 3,600 gallons/year delivered to the City of Medford RWRF. Delivery volume is approximately six (6) 300-gal totes twice per year. Bulk ALUMINUM CHLOROHYDRATE Supply Quote: RFQ 26-005 Approximately 1,500 gallons/year delivered to City of Medford RWRF. Delivery volume is approximately five (5) 300-gal totes per year.
