103.01.03.01- When specified in the Notice to Bidder, attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference is a prequalification requirement. If there is a virtual meeting option, the virtual address will be provided in the Notice to Bidders. When the Notice to Bidders specifies that the Pre-Bid Conference is mandatory, the contractor who plans to submit a bid must attend the Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference. Failure of the prospective bidders to attend a Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will cause the bidder’s submission to be rejected. Whenever required, a Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference is a pre-qualification requirement to bid on the contract.
